1. Controller and contact

PRIKER spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Puławska 12/3, 02-566 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000981072, NIP 7123437991, REGON 522522830 (“PRIKER”, “we”), is the controller of personal data collected through this website, unless expressly stated otherwise. Privacy enquiries and requests: sales@priker.pl.

2. What personal data we collect

We may collect your name, role, employer or company, business email address, telephone number, correspondence, enquiry or RFQ details, and any personal data included in files or messages you voluntarily provide. Our technical systems may process IP addresses, device/browser details, access logs, and your cookie preferences. We do not ask you to provide special-category personal data.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

  • Business enquiries, quotations and pre-contractual steps: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the data subject is a contracting party; otherwise our legitimate interests in B2B communication and business development (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Performance of contracts and business relationship management: Article 6(1)(b) where applicable, or Article 6(1)(f) for corporate contacts.
  • Accounting, taxation, legal compliance and lawful authority requests: Article 6(1)(c).
  • Website administration, security, fraud prevention, and establishment or defence of claims: Article 6(1)(f).
  • Optional analytical/advertising tools: consent under Article 6(1)(a), where required. Cookies and similar technologies are also subject to applicable Polish electronic communications law.
  • Electronic direct marketing: only where permitted under the relevant GDPR and Polish communications rules, including any separately required consent.

4. Technical documents and RFQs

Users may upload bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, specifications, part numbers, datasheets, spreadsheets, and project documents. We use these materials to understand an enquiry, identify potential suppliers, assess technical feasibility, source products, calculate quotations, plan logistics, assess compliance and provide requested services. Documents may contain business secrets and may also contain personal data. They are not automatically treated as personal data in their entirety. We use appropriate confidentiality and access controls and disclose relevant materials or extracts to selected manufacturers, suppliers, engineering advisers, quality-control, customs, logistics or IT service providers only where reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose. Disclosure to potential suppliers may occur in countries outside the EEA, subject to contractual confidentiality and applicable personal-data transfer safeguards where GDPR applies. Uploading a document does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to PRIKER.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be received by hosting and cloud service providers, email and IT providers, website and form operators, CRM providers, technical support, advisers, and other parties needed to handle your request; competent authorities may receive data where required by law. We use processing agreements where required by Article 28 GDPR. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we apply a lawful transfer mechanism as applicable, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses together with any required supplementary safeguards. Details are available upon request at sales@priker.pl.

6. Retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as reasonably required to process the request, maintain an appropriate business record and protect legitimate claims. Contractual, tax and accounting data is retained for applicable statutory periods. Uploaded technical documents are retained according to a documented internal retention schedule based on enquiry status, any contract and legal or claim-related obligations. Security logs and cookie-consent records are retained only as necessary for their stated purposes. PRIKER does not apply an unlimited default retention period.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl. Contact us at sales@priker.pl.

8. Voluntary provision, security and automated decisions

Providing data is generally voluntary; contact data may be necessary to respond to an enquiry or prepare a quote. We implement measures appropriate to the risk, including controlled access and secure transfer. We do not use website enquiry data for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, unless specifically disclosed in an updated notice.

9. Changes

We may update this policy following changes in law, technology or our processing activities. The current version and effective date will be published on this website.
