1. Operator and scope

The site provides information on global sourcing, procurement, technical support, logistics, warehousing and related B2B services, and may offer a contact/RFQ submission facility.

2. Nature of information and quotes

Website material is for general business information, not a binding offer unless expressly identified as such. Submitting an enquiry or receiving an initial indication does not create a supply, financing, customs, transportation or service contract. Availability, delivery, price, payment, finance, insurance, export screening, risk transfer, title transfer and Incoterms apply only as individually agreed in the applicable quotation or signed contract. Service availability may depend on product, jurisdiction, compliance checks and agreed commercial terms.

3. Online service and permitted use

The website information and online contact functions are provided without charge to the visitor. A current browser, internet access and a valid email address where a reply is requested may be required. You must not submit unlawful content, interfere with website security, distribute malware, impersonate others or misuse the enquiry tools. We may apply proportionate technical restrictions to prevent abuse.

4. RFQs, uploads and confidentiality

You confirm that you are permitted to share the information, drawings, BOMs and specifications submitted to us and that doing so does not breach third-party rights, sanctions, confidentiality duties or applicable export controls. You retain ownership of your original documents and associated intellectual property. By uploading documents you grant PRIKER a limited, non-exclusive permission to examine, reproduce internally and share relevant extracts with selected parties only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate, source, quote or perform requested services. PRIKER will handle non-public technical and commercial information as confidential, subject to lawful disclosure, information already public or independently known, and permitted limited disclosure to advisers, service providers and prospective suppliers under appropriate safeguards. Separate NDA or contractual confidentiality obligations prevail if expressly agreed.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website texts, branding and graphics are owned by or licensed to PRIKER. No licence is granted beyond ordinary viewing and lawful use of the site. Rights in user-submitted information remain with their respective owners.

6. Complaints, availability and law

Complaints regarding the website or electronic contact functionality may be sent to sales@priker.pl with a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 14 days. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Polish law applies, without excluding mandatory protections applicable by law. We may update these Terms, with the latest version published on the site.
